Why the name Dead With Tequila?
We played around with many names and after finding the first six unavailable for Gmail we thought about other options. Dead with Tequila came from our inspiration from the Mexican Day of the Dead Festival, where bottles of tequila are left on graves of loved ones. We felt that bright colours and patterns and overall quirkiness of the festival really suited our personalities and the kind of things that we love.
Is Dead With Tequila a large business?
No, Dead With Tequila is a small business; and by small, we mean there are just 2 of us. So really small would be more accurate :-)
Where are you based?
We are based in Essex (don't judge! ) in the UK.
Why are all your store prices in US Dollars if you're based in the UK?
Like us, Storenvy (the platform we sell through) is a small business. They are based in the USA and currently only support US dollars as a payment currency but anyone anywhere can open a store through them and after a lot of research we decided that they were the best platform for us to use; therefore the store prices are in US dollars.
Do you except orders outside the UK?
We do ship outside of the UK for most of our products, however, if we feel that the cost of postage and shipping is overly large in comparison to the price of the product, in those circumstances we won't ship outside the UK. If, you truly love one of our products email us at deadwithtequila@gmail.com and we can give you a price of postage and let you decide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Why do some of you items come from California when you're in the UK?
We have started to work with a third party company that produces a whole range of awesome stuff. In some of our collections apparel is available, as are bags and bigger 12"x 18" posters. These are made in and shipped out from the third party company who are based in Los Angeles. This means that these items have shipping costs attached. What's your returns and exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with any product that we send you, then please email us within 28 days of arrival and let us know at deadwithtequila@gmail.com. We are more than happy to replace or repair what we can. We believe in secure wrapping so hopefully nothing should be damaged in the post but we are always happy to make arrangements with you in the event of a problem.
